Likely causes

  • Required KYC or KYB information is missing, incomplete, or under review.
  • Available balance is below the configured minimum balance or settlement threshold.
  • Funds are pending and have not moved into available balance.
  • Some funds are frozen for risk, dispute, compliance, or operational review.
  • Support needs additional information before the case can move forward.

Check this in Kyren

  • Review account verification prompts in the dashboard.
  • Compare pending balance with available balance.
  • Check whether a settlement threshold is configured for your account.
  • Review recent orders that may still be pending or under review.

Check this in your server

  • Confirm your internal finance report uses available balance, not pending balance.
  • Reconcile orders by status and paid time before estimating settlement readiness.
  • Keep legal entity, contact, and bank information consistent with submitted KYC or KYB data.

Complete requested KYC or KYB information, reconcile pending and available balances, and provide any information requested by support. Eligibility depends on account configuration and review status.
